How to Export Your Bank Transactions

Download your transaction records as an Excel file for offline use, reporting, or sharing

Exporting your bank transactions gives you a structured Excel file that reflects the data on your screen. It's perfect for reconciliation, audits, backups, or sharing with accountants or stakeholders. The export respects any filters you’ve applied, so you can control exactly what gets downloaded.

Steps to Export Your Bank Transactions:

  1. Click Banking on the top navigation menu.

  2. Select Bank Accounts from the dropdown.
You'll see a list of your connected banks. Click on the specific bank you want to manage (bank names are clickable).

  3. On the bank's page, click the Bank Transactions tab.

  4. In the top-right corner of the table, click the Export button.

  5. The system will generate and automatically download an Excel (.xlsx) file containing your transaction data.

  6. If you’ve applied date, bank, status, or type filters, only those filtered records will be exported.

  7. If no filters are applied, the export will include all transactions currently listed in your table.
