Step 1: Get an Overview of Your Dashboard
Once you log in, you are automatically directed to the Dashboard.
From here, you can:
Monitor your financial performance.
Access key financial reports
Upload bank statements
View and manage your connected bank accounts.
This allows you to quickly understand your business position without navigating through multiple modules.
Step 2: Review Your Financial Summary
At the core of your dashboard is your business overview, which provides a real-time snapshot of your business performance.
You will see:
Revenue
Expenses
Net Income
Cash Balance
Receivables Aging
Payables Aging
These metrics are calculated based on the financial data available in your account.
To customize your widgets, click Customize at the top right of the Business Overview page. From there, you can:
Drag cards to reorder them.
Click ✕ to remove a widget.
Add new widgets from the options below.
Step 3: Adjust the Time Period
You can control how your financial data is displayed by selecting a preferred time range.
Available options include:
Month to date
Quarter to date
Year to date
Last year to date
Last 6 months
Selecting a different time range updates your dashboard instantly, helping you analyze performance over different periods.
Step 4: Upload a Bank Statement
You can begin uploading your bank statements directly from the dashboard.
When you click the upload option:
You are redirected to the Banking module.
Select the year for the upload.
Upload your bank statement.
Submit to process your transactions.
Step 5: Generate Reports
Your dashboard provides quick access to key financial reports. You can view reports.
Step 6: Use “Assign AI Tasks”
The Assign AI Tasks feature lets you create and manage scheduled AI agent tasks.
Click Assign Now on the dashboard. This opens the Create AI agent task window.
Fill in the task details:
Name: Give the task a clear, descriptive name.
Instructions: Tell the agent what to do (e.g., "Check the total number of receivables" or "Create an invoice").
Agent: Select the agent that should run this task (Revenue, Contacts, Inventory, ..).
Set up the schedule:
Toggle Enable schedule to run the task automatically.
Frequency: Choose how often the task should run: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
Timezone: Select the timezone the schedule should follow.
End date: Set the date the schedule should stop (optional).
Time: Set the time of day the task should run.
Click Save as and choose one of the following:
Draft — Saves the task without activating it, so you can come back and edit it later.
Active — Saves and immediately activates the task.
Note: Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are required.
Step 7: View Connected Bank Accounts
The dashboard also shows an overview of all your bank accounts. From this section, you can navigate to manage your bank accounts or review transactions.
