Delete a Single Journal Entry
Navigate to Manual Journals: In the top navigation bar, click the More dropdown menu and select Manual Journals.
Open Row Actions: Locate the journal entry you want to remove and click the three-dot action menu (⋮) on the far left of its row.
Select Delete: From the dropdown menu, click the red Delete option.
Bulk Delete Multiple Journal Entries
Navigate to Manual Journals: In the top navigation bar, click the More dropdown menu and select Manual Journals.
Select Entries: Check the box next to each journal entry you wish to delete.
Delete Selected: Once you select one or more entries, a red Delete (X) button will appear in the top-right corner of the table (where X indicates the total number of selected journals). Click this button to permanently delete the selected entries.
⚠️ Important Note Deleted journal entries are permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Always double-check your selections before confirming a deletion.
